Landscape and Horticulture Technician
A certificate course designed as an entry-level introduction to all aspects of the green industry, open to anyone.  Tuition based with scholarships and financial aid available.

New Beginnings

A transitional jobs program for young adults 18-28 who are unemployed and do not have their high school diploma or GED.

Rochester GreenWorx

A social enterprise providing landscape and basic construction services to the community while offering real work experience for our participants.

WEP Works

In collaboration with the Monroe County Department of Human Services, RLTP staff provide placement in GED class and work experience while offering job search assistance.

Green Team

A work experience program designed to build entry level employment skills for in-school youth ages 16-20 years old.

Horticulture at Monroe County Correctional Facility

Offering an abbreviated Landscape Technician Certificate Training (24 hours) to inmates at the Monroe County Correctional Facility. Classes are held on-site in the greenhouse and includes guest speakers and hands-on learning.
